Trading Terms US

• No minimum order or reorder for USA stores.
• Our 14 day NO RISK policy:  
  — If you are not completely satisfied with a silver design ordered through our website, you may return it via UPS within 14 days from date of invoice for a full refund or exchange.
• Orders are shipped UPS ground. Other options are available.
• Your first order is accepted with payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
• Net 30 terms available with signed Credit Application Form.
• A 1.5% per month interest charge is assessed on past due invoices.
• Checks returned for non-sufficient fund will be assessed a fee of $35

Shipping & Handling

• Mimimum shipping charge $12.00
• Actual UPS charge will be applied at time of shipping
• C.O.D. Please add $14.50 
•  Listed rates do not apply
• Please call for UPS Overnight or 2nd Day shipping rates.

TRADING TERMS UK 

• Orders are shipped from our U.S. office.
• Minimum Order: $500
• Online prices on nicolebarr.com will be based on the current USD$ exchange rate.
• After calculating best shipping cost, we will email you a Proforma invoice in USD$ – payable by Paypal or Bank Transfer to our U.S. Bank for Crown, Inc.
• Delivery: 3-4 weeks
• Duty and VAT will be payable to HMRC upon receipt of goods.
•  Prices include gift boxes.  If not required, shipping cost will be decreased.

Damaged Goods:

No returns without our authorization.

Notice of non-delivery must be given within 10 days from invoice date.
